Yesterday 29-1-2015 i walked 10 km with 15 kilos in 2 hours.I walked on pavement. After this walk i had a little problem in the left side of my back. After self treatment on my back, today everything are in  good condition. I will keep walking to be ok in the first of March.

Yesterday  I trained myself doing 7 km in the mountain of Rodopi with 15 kilos weight in about 2 and a half hours and i didnt had any problem with my legs. After this walk-trail i didnt made any special treatment  except to eat and rest.

I started training to take part in this trail on the first of March. Yesterday i ran 16 km and i didnt had any problem with my knees. I ran with the expensive running shoes. After this run i relaxed my legs with my treatment. Today i will walk in the mountain with ankle weights of aproximately 12 kgs for 6 km. Tomorrow  i will tell you about the results of this trainning.
