I started training to take part in this trail on the first of March. Yesterday i ran 16 km and i didnt had any problem with my knees. I ran with the expensive running shoes. After this run i relaxed my legs with my treatment. Today i will walk in the mountain with ankle weights of aproximately 12 kgs for 6 km. Tomorrow  i will tell you about the results of this trainning.
